We hope you won't need to cancel, but if you do, we understand. Sometimes, things happen that are beyond our control! We hope you are able to rebook with us again in the future and will do our best to accommodate you and your group.

If you do need to cancel, please read carefully the cancellation policy below:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers who make reservations and cancel their booking will be refunded a percentage of their camping or rental fees, prorated to the time the cancellation was made.

Cancellations with proof of family emergency will be fully refunded, with the exception of the administration and online reservation fee.

Unless arrangements have been made, campsite reservations, rental accommodations will be considered no-shows if no one has signed in by 9 pm on the arrival date and will be rented to anyone who may be waiting.

No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

We do not cancel boat rentals because of rain or cold weather. Our regular cancellation policy applies to boat rentals. If County Shores has to cancel your boat rental due to weather, you are entitled to a full refund.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 administration fee. Online reservation fees are always non-refundable.

High Season (Long Weekends and May 15 to September 8)
